Newletter 1- Thank you

Thank you for signing up for the Youth-Soccer-Fitness Results Newsletter.

This an opportunity for me to keep you posted on current information for fitness, injury prevention and nutrition.

Over the next few days you will receive a 6 part breakdown for warm up, field session and cool down.

After that you will receive a monthly newsletter with ideas, strategies and actual situations dealing with fitness, injury prevention and nutrition.

Please feel free to comment and ask questions. I will use some your questions to form the base of the newsletters.

Next time we will talk about foam rolling and how it will decrease injuriy potential and give you some exercises to do.
