============1. S & C Byte ==========
{!firstname}, here is simple lower body circuit that you can do in your front or backyard ( in your basement if it is big enough...)
A. 24 squats B. dribble for 30 seconds C. 24 forward lunges D. dribble for 30 seconds E. 12 star Jumps F. dribble for 30 seconds G. 12 cycle split squats H. dribble for 30 seconds
Rest 1 minute Gradually build up to 4 sets.
============2. Prevention Byte - Shin Pads... ========
Why is it that some soccer players wear shin pads that only cover one third or less of their shins?... It is absolutely vital that shin pads run the length of the shin.They should start just below the bump at the knee and run down to the ankle.
============3. Nutrition Byte - Protein or Carbs ========
